Black tea leaves are derived from the shrub species known as Camellia Sinensis and are then heat-treated, oxidized and fermented. These processes give black tea its unique color and taste. In addition, it assists in controlling diabetes by controlling the amount of glucose consequently preventing the insulin from spiking. Additionally, Green Tea is famed for controlling Esophageal Cancer and depression because of the Amino Acid Theanine which generates tranquility and relaxation.

White tea is the least produced of those three organic teas. It has the greatest concentration of antioxidants which enhance one’s health making it an antioxidant powerhouse.
